Inside the 17th-century house, there's garden-themed highlights from the collection to see. Picture Kipling the writer and his process at Bateman's with films in the Kitchen that bring the poem to life. For the green-fingered visitor, there's opportunities to explore the gardens in pop-up talks with the Bateman's gardening team. From lawn games to outdoor theatre, poetry and watercolour workshops to a summer holiday family trail around the garden, there's something for everyone this summer at Bateman's. Normal admission to Bateman's applies, and there is an additional cost for some activities.
