Friends enjoying drinks in the pub

About

The Barley Mow Free house was one of the oldest coaching inns in Sussex.  Now a family run pub, The Barlow Mow offers a menu with fresh home cooked locally sourced produce.  The pub can be found on the A27 in Selmeston, midway between Eastbourne and Brighton.

The pub has a large garden with a children’s play area, an outside bar, whilst inside there is an open fire for those winter months.
