Treetops is in Herstmonceux in the beautiful countryside of East Sussex.  This one bedroomed detached annex is a generously proportioned studio room with French doors to a large private balcony with large tree growing through it. The new balcony is made of local Sussex oak by local craftsmen in the traditional Sussex style. 

The spiral staircase leads downstairs to the kitchen with its new quarry tiles on the floor, new worktops, sink, and an integrated oven and gas hob and there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom now has a new white suite with a bigger shower and a heated towel rail.  There is access to the shared garden with BBQ, fire pit and hot tub* which backs onto open fields.),

Upstairs it has new carpet, curtains, rug, cushions, TV, mattress, pillows, linen, blinds, a power socket with USB points, a little dressing table with a mirror and hairdryer and a more romantic light above the bed.  Treetops can seep 2 comfortably (adults only)

*The hot tub is available between 9am and midnight. Please be aware that it is shared, very public and for therapeutic use only. Guests can book private half hour sessions and must use the sanitisation provided. There is a small charge for each use - £5 April - September or £10 October - March.

Places to visit nearby are Hertmonceux Castle and the The Observatory Science Centre  and of course  Pevensey Bay beach is only 7.2 miles about 15 minutes away by car.
