Hospice nurse with a paitent

About

Drop in for a cuppa at Hospice in the Weald's Open Morning during Hospice Care Week to meet our friendly team and find out what's happening at your local hospice.

Learn about how our exciting transformation programme will see inpatients welcomed back to our hospice in Five Ashes and the improvements we have made to the building in readiness for this.

Whether you, or someone close to you, has been diagnosed with a life-threatening or life-limiting condition and would like to find out more about our free care and support, or you are simply curious about how our plans might affect you, all are welcome.

· Over a hot drink and a slice of cake, learn about how our free care and support is tailored to help people to do the things that matter most to them

· Hear about our exciting plans to transform care for patients, what these changes might mean for you, and what will happen and when at our hospice sites

· Have a tour of our beautiful building and private bedrooms overlooking the fields beyond

· Discover more about our resources for carers and planning end-of-life matters.

You don't need to book in advance, but if possible, please register your interest to help our team make the visit as smooth as possible.
