Beach Retreat

This stunning Pevensey Bay beach cottage retreat has three bedrooms and can sleep eight guests.  This retreat can be found in a quiet little town just outside of Eastbourne, with a selection of cafes and restaurants and a grocery store for your provisions.

The cottage has an open plan living area and is an ideal place to spend time with family and friends.  The room has a large L-shaped sofa where you can unwind in front of your TV.

At the other end of the room is a well-equipped kitchen with island, breakfast bar and a dining table to seat eight.  The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine, plus all the utensils you will need for a self-catering beach holiday and with views of the English Channel as you prepare and cook your meals

The retreat has three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, which is a king-size room that has its own private balcony looking out over Pevensey – a lovely spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  There is a twin room with two full sized single beds and a quadruple room that has two full sized bunk beds. The family bathroom has a clean, modern design and has a bath with shower over.

All linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach/swimming towels) and for stays of two weeks or more, additional linen will be supplied.

There is off road parking for up to two vehicles at the front of the property and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Short breaks of three nights or more may be possible last minute or out of season
