About

Cadence is a growing online community and network of physical hubs on or near the South Downs Way. The hubs offer walkers and cyclists a place to stop off for great food and coffee made with its own blend crafted by local roastery, Liquid Spirit. Its menu ranges from grilled sourdough sandwiches to handmade sausage rolls, power porridge pots and a tempting range of locally made cakes, brownies and flapjacks. Sensitive about the environment, reclaimed, recyclable and compostable products and materials are used throughout.
At Cadence Litlington you’ll find outdoor seating, ample space to park bikes safely in view, fantastic views across the Cuckmere Valley and the warmest of welcomes. The hub will also be launching further services soon, including e-bike hire and guided e-bike tours.
