About

Said to be one of the most beautiful historic houses in Sussex, this Tudor house offers much to interest visitors - history, exhibits, superbly kept gardens, annual sculpture trail, art exhibitions, wildlife and a working watermill. Boasting England’s longest medieval water-filled moat, Michelham Priory’s ‘Island of History’ reflects its nearly 800 years’ existence.
