The Birling Gap is a coastal hamlet within the parish of East Dean in Wealden. It is situated on the Seven Sisters not far from Beachy Head and is owned by the National Trust.  The landscape and people both rich in history from prehistoric times right through to the current day.  Stop off at the café, which is situated on the cliff top at Birling Gap where great food and drink is served.
