Alfriston Wood Cabins exterior shot with bike

About

Nestled in woodland within the South Downs National Park, three architecturally designed oak framed holiday let cabins within a stones throw of the historic and beautiful village of Alfriston, East Sussex. With beautiful scenery and walks on our doorstep, as well as a local vineyard and brewery, there is something for everyone.

Explore and let your adventure start here!

Both Badgers Rest and Foxes Hollow (with their own wood fired hot tubs for stays of two nights or more) each have full facilities, with a mezzanine double bed, and also a double sofa bed downstairs. There is plenty of open space outside and we are within the South Downs National Park with views over the River Cuckmere. A visit to Cuckmere Haven, The Seven Sisters and Friston Forest are a must on any visit – its beautiful.

A great experience with the children or for some time to yourself.

Our oak shepherds huts, Robins Retreat, Woodpecker Hill and Owls Nest each sleep two and are nestled in the apple orchard, perfect for romantic nights away or some time to yourself, an opportunity to simply detox from all the electronic devices if you wish.
