Stoneacre Lodge is approximately a mile from the historic village of Herstmonceux in East Sussex.  The village offers a traditional pub, Indian and French restaurants, fish and chip takeaway, bakery, beauty salon and post office/convenience store.

The beautiful open plan Lodge, with its exposed beams has been tastefully decorated.  The bed/living room has a super king sized bed which can be converted into twin beds and there is a travel cot and highchair available.  The Lodge has a TV/DVD, Wi-Fi, hairdryer an electric fan and wall heater.  The bathroom has a power shower over the bath, mirror and a shaving point. 

Outside the Lodge has a personal decking area, which looks out to the open fields and woodlands.  The property has secure off road parking outside the lodge behind electric gates.  Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement at a small extra charge.

This beautiful area of East Sussex is well known as 1066 country and has a huge variety of attractions including Herstmonceux Castle & Gardens and the Science Observatory and Centre, Pevensey Castle, and Pevensey Bay and Battle Abbey and many National Trust sites are also nearby.

Provisional bookings must be confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of £20 per night
