The George Inn, in Alfriston in East Sussex offers five beautiful bedrooms, the majority containing wonderful period features and amenities.  The rooms are dog friendly.  You can choose from The Suite which overlooks the gardens, and the South Downs beyond; The Red Room which is a large room and has a 6ft wide sleigh bed; the atmospheric Bob Hall room with murals covering the walls dating back to the 16th Century,. The John Burrell room  which is a spacious, historic room with a beamed vaulted ceiling, or The Sir John Derring, which is a charming and cosy room at the rear of the property with views over the South Downs.

*The Suite overlooks the gardens, and the South Downs beyond. It has a separate relaxing lounge area that can be turned into a family room - upon request. En-suite bathroom with bath/shower. £150 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast. Camp beds provided at £20 per child (maximum 2).

The Red Room is a large room and has a 6ft wide sleigh bed, with a beautiful beamed wall and comfortable, relaxing lounge area. En-suite bathroom with bath/shower. £150 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.

The Bob Hall is an atmospheric room with murals covering three walls that date back to the 16th Century. There is a beamed vaulted ceiling and a charming inglenook fireplace. En-suite with shower. £130 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.

The John Burrell room is a spacious, historic room with a beamed vaulted ceiling. En-suite with bath/shower. £130 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.

The Sir John Derring is a charming and cosy room at the rear of the property with views over the South Downs. En-suite with bath/shower. £110 per room (2 guests) inclusive of breakfast.
