Built in the 13th century and set in the idyllic Tudor village of Alfriston, The Star is in the beautiful village of Alfriston at the foot the East Sussex Downs.  The hotel has 9 junior suites and 21 bedrooms each individually designed by Olga Polizzi. The bar and lounges feature old open fireplaces, exposed oak beams and fantastic cuisine available 7 days a week. The AA Rosette Capella restaurant features locally sourced traditional British food for dinner in the evenings and Sunday lunch. The Star is licensed for weddings and has two fully equipped function rooms for weddings, banquets or conferences. Free car park on site, free Wi-Fi.
Easy access to Drusilla's, Glyndebourne, Charleston Manor. Only 30 minutes to Brighton and 20 minutes to Eastbourne seafront.
