In Once Upon a Time in Pantoland, Dame Tallulah Tickle runs the local joke shop with her mischievous children, Tommy and Tilly. But when the wicked witch Mouldywart kidnaps the Spirit of Pantoland, the laughter that once filled the land fades away. Now, not even the Tickles can bring back the joy.
