Balta Chill brings a taste of Baltic wellness culture to the Sussex countryside. Located at Dene Farm in Mark Cross, this unique sauna bar and café offers two wood-fired saunas, cold plunges, a welcoming social space and a selection of drinks from local breweries alongside Estonian and Finnish favourites. 

After living in Estonia for two years, founders Rachel and Billy fell in love with the country's sauna culture, and the way people visit them to socialise and meet with friends. Inspired by their experience, they returned to the UK with a vision of recreating it closer to home. 

Unwind with friends and family, embrace the hot-and-cold ritual, and enjoy a coffee overlooking the fields; Balta Chill offers a refreshing escape from the everyday. Also look out for their regular events, community sessions and running clubs.
