Surrounded by bluebell woods in springtime and over-flown by Buzzards, Red Kites and other hawks in summer.
They produce Pinot noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot gris; a mixture of medium yielding Burgundy clones, which mature richly in the Sussex High Weald terroir, alongside Champagne clones for structure.
