Broadwater Forest Cottages – a rural retreat with glorious views only 5 minutes drive from the Spa town of Tunbridge Wells and adjacent to RSPB Broadwater Warren. We are a small family run business with two disabled friendly self catering cottages.  Both cottages have been awarded 4 star gold ratings by Visit England. 

Flying Horse Cottage is a detached converted stable block with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms and a large open plan living area with fitted kitchen and a woodburning stove.  The cottage is on one level and is tiled throughout and has underfloor heating. The cottage has been carefully furnished with original artwork including a Kingfisher stained glass window. The cottage is perched on a ridge with extensive views over farmland looking towards Tunbridge Wells and has two outdoor seating areas, a terrace with table and chairs at the front of the property and a decking area with benches outside the kitchen overlooking fields and woods.  There is also a large grass garden area.

Bond’s Barn has one kingsize bedroom with an ensuite shower room and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen and breakfast bar.  It has similar furnishings to Flying Horse Cottage with a tiled floor throughout and underfloor heating.  Bond’s Barn has a small decking area outside the front door with table and chairs, a picnic bench at the rear of the property and is situated in its own secluded meadow garden.

Both cottages have access to the 10 acres of Bond’s heath with its private bird hide overlooking RSPB Broadwater Warren.
