Luxury Bed and Breakfast in the heart of rural East Sussex, just a mile from the village of Rushlake Green. Situated at the bottom of the garden from the main house, Room For Two has private parking and two private outdoor areas (a terrace overlooking the wild flower garden and a courtyard) for guests to enjoy on a sunny day. The stunning converted stable offers total privacy and complete relaxation with views across the Sussex countryside, making it perfect for couples and romantic breaks.

Inside, the studio room has a super king size double bed (which can be made into twin beds with advance warning), breakfast table and chairs, chest of drawers and ample hanging space. The room is equipped with a Freeview television, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, milk heater and frother, kettle and toaster, as well as a fridge stocked with juice, milk, yoghurt, butter and preserves. In addition to this, tea bags, bread, muesli and cereals are provided, as well as the option to order a delicious cooked breakfast. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and we also provide hampers (at extra cost) given advance warning.

The spacious, modern bathroom has a bath with shower, heated towel rail, demisting mirrors, dressing gowns and slippers for each guest, as well as an ‘emergency drawer’ in case you forget your toothbrush, razor, need a button sewing on etc.!
