About

Sheffield Park Lodge, is boutique accommodation found in rural East Sussex and is a recently-renovated, gamekeeper’s lodge, formerly attached to the neighbouring Sheffield Park Estate, a National Trust Park and Gardens. Sitting in 14 acres of grounds within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of both the Ashdown Forest and the South Downs National Park, the lodge provides a perfect base from which to explore the Sussex countryside, as well as being within easy reach of the historic town of Lewes, the world famous Glyndebourne opera house, Charleston Farmhouse, and the picturesque villages of Fletching and Ditchling.  A creative and romantic atmosphere welcomes you into this self-catering accommodation for two people.

Walk Wood Wagon, In just fifty minutes you can go from the smog and bustle of London to a clearing in the woods of Sussex where a private camp of perfect peace awaits. The Wagon in rich oak cladding, floral wallpaper and the natural wood of the adjoined camp kitchen all blend the wagon perfectly into its environment. There is clever storage in the cosy interior, running water and the nearby flushing loo are nods to modern convenience, but with no power and the laid-back pace of campfire or wood-burner cooking, Wood Walk Wagon is a great chance to get off grid and enjoy a slower pace of life.
